My
name is Angelica Gador. I came here in the United States five years
ago. I am majoring in math and science and expecting to graduate on
summer. After graduating from LaGCC, I will study to be a Physician
Assistant. Then my plan is to obtain a PhD in genetics and do research
or join a research team in genetics engineering. Obviously, I'm more a
science person. I've been studying science mainly biology ever since I
was in the Philippines and I really enjoy it. I notice that I get high
grades to all science subjects I studied, compare to those humanities
courses such as philosophy. Though, there is one scientific theory that I
highly disagree of, it is the Theory of Evolution. I believe in the
Divine theory, I was raise in a family of Christians, but that didn't
stop me from liking to study science. To my opinion humanities is
interconnected to science. Humanities makes people imaginative and ask
questions which can lead to scientific studies. These two subjects can
help people be more aware of their being and can contribute to a better
humanity.
